Chitra Bahadur Kc was born on February 2, 1941. He is presently the President of Rastirya Janmorcha. He is also a former parliamentarian. He has been involved in politics since 1957 s a member of the CPN. He remained underground from 1968 to 1989 for party activity.
He joined The CPN (Communist Party of Nepal) as a member in 1983. He was the President of CPN (Marxist) in the same year and stayed in the post for a year. He is currently the President of Rastirya Janamorcha.
