Manifesto Sadbhawana Party manifesto proposes an elected president to be ceremonial and Prime minister as executive chief of the nation. It says that autonomous Madhes would maintain national integrity. There should be and end to all kinds of discrimination and exploitation. There should be a further division into different autonomous sub-provinces on the basis of language, culture and community and those sub-provinces to be accountable to provinces. Chief ministers elected by provincial parliaments will be the executive heads of the provinces.
